Mixed review. When you pick your hours, the staff are helpful, polite and you get through the line in no time. When it’s crowded, it’s pretty much waiting and wait and wait. And to be honest with you some of the customers are no prize either. So pick your time… in the morning before noon or in the evening after 7 pm.
My whole family gets their medications filled at Alexander Pharmacy, and they always have our prescriptions ready to go through the automated refill on time and when we need them with no hassle. The staff is awesome, and the pharmacist is very helpful and kind. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. Their prices are also great. My favorite family-friendly pharmacy.
Twelve Corners Apothecary is just like CVS but what makes it nicer is the friendly staff: Maria, who was at the cashier, helped me out to find my needs, and she was very friendly with my little kid, and I appreciate that.
This review is long overdue. This is a great locally owned pharmacy that I’ve used for years. They’re great about keeping you in the loop if something weird happens with a prescription and always have great advice and products. Thanks!
It was a nice sunny day to visit my Saratoga Pharmacy. The employee was standoffish, and I had a feeling I wasn’t wanted there. The overall store was clean, and there was a great selection of snacks. My friend was harassed by an elderly man, but a cashier intervened. I would suggest going to this pharmacy if it is the only option available.
Good people. I have yet to see them so busy that they were not pleasant and polite. My name was memorized by three staff members by my third visit. (I have very complex prescriptions— this is a very good thing for my health). A+++
Irondequoit Pharmacy is the main pharmacy in the city (there’s now a pharmacy in the community clinic, which tends to be cheaper than Dougie’s). Its main business is ripping off tourists. If the pharmacy is so bad… go drive the 20 miles inland (45 min.) to a name pharmacy.
